I am a Senior R&D Engineer at Baidu Search. I received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, working with Prof. Jiafeng Guo. My research interests lie in the general areas of Information Retrieval, with a special focus on Question Answering, Text Matching and Text-Video Retrieval.
